Priority Territory
What it means — and what it does not.
We would rather be precise than impressive. Here is exactly what territorial priority covers under the agreement we are offering the founding cohort.
What it means
The Founding Distributor agreement sets it out in writing: while you meet the agreed volume, coverage, payment and brand standards, SKELIX will appoint no other distributor in your territory, will not actively sell into it, and will route every qualified lead from your territory to you.
What it does not mean
It is not absolute exclusivity, and it is not permanent. Under the agreement, priority runs for a defined period, is reviewed quarterly, and is renewed on performance. The agreement sets territory at the scale you can genuinely cover, and documents the route to expand it.
Held on four conditions
Priority is earned and kept.
Volume
An agreed purchase commitment over a rolling twelve months.
Coverage
A minimum number of active certified installers recruited in your territory. This is the condition that cannot be simulated.
Payment
Terms met, without exception.
Brand standard
Correct use of the brand, quality across your network, complaints resolved.
Certification will be issued by SKELIX and only by SKELIX. As a distributor you recruit, qualify, train where authorised and submit candidates — the certification, the identifier, the directory listing, renewal and withdrawal remain with us. Certification travels with the installer, not with the distributor relationship. That is written into the programme rules that come with the agreement.
